Sean Madden is an analyst at the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office. He holds an MFA from the University of Kentucky. His stories, essays, and poems have appeared or are forthcoming in The John Updike Review, The Los Angeles Review, Roanoke Review, Small Print, Slant, CAROUSEL, Waccamaw, and 580 Split. He lives in the Sierra Nevada foothills with his wife and sons.
